Jermaine Jenas - Good player and great potential but he did drop off after the first 12-18 months as he began to believe his own press. Happy to see him go rot in his own piss now for jumping ship.

Lee Bowyer - We complain about the lack of investment in the squad nowadays but when we signed Bowyer he was the only one we brought in that summer despite finishing in a Champ leagues spot. I thought his movement was excellent better than most in the team and was a solid consistent player, just a shame he tried to invent a new game involving both boxing and football.

James Milner - Never really saw what all the fuss was here. Yes he's hard-working and gives his all every game but he is completely vanilla, the 20th century Steve Stone - perfectly average but how the **** did you get an England cap!!! Still can't believe Man City paid so much for him.

Patrick Kluviert - His best games were always when he wasn't playing with Shearer, He preferred in on the deck but the team seemed to play more to lumping it onto Shearers head at the time.

Acuna - The guy couldn't pass, had a face like teves' but he was excellent at breaking up the oppositions midfield. Sorry to see this guy go cos' he really knew how to stick the boot in.

Hugo Viana - Possibly Bobby's only real failure. Seemed to always be played on the left wing because he was left footed. But equally he was too light weight for a central berth in a 4 man midfield.

LuaLua(original one) - Crap, run into a blind alley, crap take a ridiculous long shot when better options are available, crap run fast with the most bizare running style, crap score an amazing goal, do a flip - crap!

Carl Cort - Never saw enough of this guy but when I heard the story that Bobby thought he was signing Jason Euell said it all for me.

Andy Griffin - He tackled like a Stuart Pearce or Robbie Elliot - get the ball, the man, part of the stadium then look for the next man to clatter. Suspect technically but he should be remembered as a total hero for the FA cup semi against Tottenham when he marked Ginola out of the game. And he looked like Fred West!

Darren Ambrose - He had a good scoring record but beyond that he wasn't particularly gifted but given his age he could have improved - didn't need to get rid of so early.

Amdy Faye - He was like Acuna but without the abilty to break up play. So he couldn't pass, mark, tackle or perform any task necessary for a professional footballer. I've never seen a player kick a ball out of play so much in the name of passing to a team mate.

Craig Moore - Looked okay but another crock. Wasn't fussed when he left.

Abdoulaye Faye - Okay but that's about it.
