752 million years? I guess I'll have to cross this one off my bucket list then.

A larger version of what is between Liz Truss’s ears.

A stellar emptiness accessed via a wormhole on each side. I'd call them ears but she doesn't appear to use them to listen.

Watford FC is deeply saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Chairman & CEO Scott Duxbury said: “Everyone connected with our family club - players, staff, supporters, community - joins together to mourn the passing of The Queen.

“We send our sincerest sympathies to all members of the Royal Family.”

For almost as long as I can remember I have been for the abolition of the Monarchy and against titles of all kinds yet she has been there for all my life and I feel as if another light has gone out. Whatever I may feel about the institution itself (and now is no time to go into that) she has done a wonderfull job and has been a symbol of continuity and stability for millions of people. A part of all our changes and of our growing up. RIP <rose>

Pretty much how I feel though I have only leaned towards abolition since losing my faith: it is a natural progression perhaps and definitely a discussion for another time, not now.

I was in junior school the day the last King died, so this is a real change, and the start of a new era. Wherever she went at home or abroad she took a charm and grace with her. You only have to read some of the comments from foreign leaders to realise that she showed a real warmth to people from very different systems of government. RIP <peacedove>

"The Queen's seen 15 Prime Ministers apparently. Mind you, my son's six and he's seen 4 of them."
