    From what I've seen in the last 3 months, I'd be offering Alex Neil a long term contract. We need some stability, we cannot keep changing the manager every year like Harchester Utd

    I'd certainly be looking to tie him up to a better deal than a rolling contract, show we are willing to back him and give him some assurances.

    No matter what happens this season, this summer is yet again huge

    Alex Niel seems the best fit since Peter Reid to me .
    Time will tell. But fingers crossed eh ?

    He seems as though he's got what we need but let's see how the next couple of weeks play out. He's got to get us over the line into the Championship this season if possible which is somewhat unfair given the short time with us. If we can do that then plan for a longer term future with him. All about results now....he has the squad in my opinion to do what needs to be done.
