If he looked good in the Ressie game I can see Wenger fast tracking him to the first team. It makes perfect sense especially because Wilshere is out for longer than Wenger expected - and we need creativity NOW

I'd imagine he was brought in to play this season. He'll need time, but the reserves games are just to check he is as good as they were hoping, integrate him immediately into the method of play etc. I can see him starting to feature in a few weeks, but I'd imagine it'll be dependent upon an injury to either Rosicky or Ramsey. Ramsey has been massively out of sorts lately.
