I was doing a joke there, but it was way too much effort. you'll have to use your imaginations. It was a map of bingo halls in birmingham and I was gonna say something vaguely humerous about the rioters shouting house when they have burned them all down... I hadn't worked out the details but you get the drift
I'm picturing a monopoly board type gag with the obvious punchline being them landing on the jail spot
That is the reason I am generally pretty serious on here...In real life I am a funny guy, but on the internet...not so much. I don't have the skills, wit nor inclination to do a gag that good.
speaking of being serious, I have been watching the news for an hour and they haven't mentioned the Duggan report at all...
Arman MA Muhd are the looters still stuck in aston 3 minutes ago Hugh Elkington yeah theyre making a last stand at the chicken place ================ copy & paste job fromhttp://www.facebook.com/BirminghamRiots2011LiveUpdates?ref=ts&__user=1072987245
I think the reason for this may be that the police fooked up big style basically de menezes 2 releasing the details would aggravate the situation, so keep it schtum I realise its become a free for all, but it was about this shooting initially and locals tend to know what 'really' happened
From what i've heard, he didn't shoot at them, but he still pulled a gun on them in a threatening manner. I would have shot him if i were the officer responsible.
I did kind of nick that from a facebook post I saw the other day about the rioting spreading in London
could be youre right as it stands no one knows I had heard that the gun was in a sock, so wasnt aimed etc his family are saying there was no gun Also apparently his mate had recently been killed so was depressed etc As i say who knows I do think the police going quiet is a bit suspect though (no pun intended) If they were 'right' as it were there is no way they would have been as quiet imo they would have released the evidence that he was armed, about to shoot etc if i am honest i dont trust the police, used to work with them and have seen how they work in these circumstances could be wrong of course
You've obviously never had armed police shouting at you........they don't tend to listen too good & talking is kinda cheating anyway in context to my question
they dont have to be armed I worked with a fella who is afro-carribean, he was going to a meeting at a police station and he was 'arrested' I saw it and couldnt believe what the police did to him The guy is 6 4, and well built, but is a real gentle bloke. works in immigration, is a lawyer If i hadnt witnessed it, i would never have believed it the guy was just walking, to the police station to talk to a forum set up by the police about immigration law
How about the black and Asian men helping to clean up the streets and defend property? There are white thugs involved in the riots as well as black and Asian. I don't give a **** about their race they are all ****s.
