Well, Reading, Q.P.R, Villa and Norwich cannot seem to win either, all still look vulnerable, we just need to try and keep ahead of them.
Good for us apart from Readings late equaliser...dropped one place on only GD. Got to do the business tomorrow.
Listened to the last half an hour on five live. Fulham fans must be suffering a major bout of deja vu. I think we can all be grateful to Mbia (who will be suspended for the game against us). But please can Arsenal find some form against teams that are not us. Villa and Norwich, I have no complaints about them cancelling each other out. Big day tomorrow (they all are).
Their defence is better, but not massively. But the point is that you would have expected Arsenal to win that game fairly easily and yet Norwich came away with the win. Spurs are expected to win tomorrow, but stranger things have happened. Here's hoping!
I admire your optimism, and usually I am pretty optimistic before games but I have to admit, I am not looking forward to tomorrow. I think once the Spurs game is out of the way we will pick up some points in the next few fixtures.
Spurs played on Thursday away in Slovakia, plus their defence has not been solid and their midfield balance does not look right. They have pace and width which should cause us problems but you never know. Perhaps I am still living on our 4-0 FA Cup victory over them in the Hoddle era .
This could be a terrible weekend for us, we're likely to lose tomorrow, and everyone bar QPR got something.
What would you have preferred? Aston Villa or Norwich to win? The results were as good as we could have hoped for. Fulham are **** away so a point for Reading isn't bad.
Vorm has been stretchered off. Good news for us as it looks as if he will be out for a while and will miss the Saints game.
Looks like Richards has done his knee ligaments. When someone goes down screaming in pain and clutching their knee with no one around you know it's a bad injury.
Just for once in your sad, sad life, think positive, think Saints win, think Lambert hat trick, think anything but these bloody negative waves, please?
I can't understand why people come on here to whine. Don't you have a better outlet for your grief? It's not that we don't all feel like a moan about Saints once in a while, but we don't all feel the need to post it on here.
