This weeks Champions League matches

Do we reckon there is any chance we could get a tasty Iberian flavour to our pre-season friendlies next year, given our apparent new connections? Assuming we stay up......

 

Bayern 0-1 Arsenal. Barca coming back from 2-0 down is one thing, but surely Arsenal can't pull it off...

 

I reckon Arsenal will win, but probably too too little too late...

 

It was Bayern's third goal that killed them. Hard to have to score three goals without reply.

 

They can allow for one Bayern goal as that would take it to ET, assuming they manage to score 3.

 

Arsenal don't look like they have two more goals in them.

 

Arsenal needed to score a second quickly to make this game interesting by unsettling Bayern.

Bayern Munich players are a ****ing disgrace. There's no way I want them to win the CL now. The referee is a pile of **** as well.

 

That's what we need to do at the end with a lead. I mean killing the clock in the corner

I cannot stand that man with his self importance and self righteousness. Any excuse to berate the ref, although it seemed there was plenty of opportunity tonight. Oh well, cricket now!

 

Good to see Inter making a fist of it against Spurs. 1-0 to the Italians.

 

And now off the bar on a one-on-one. Probably should have taken another touch instead of toe-poking a bouncing ball, though.

 

Inter's lineup looks slightly more impressive today. I haven't seen much of them this season, but Palacio and Cassano should be a good combination up front. Guarin is good too.

 

They are a handful at the moment but Palacio's hair style is just horrific!

 

Yeah I was about to say, that is mad. Maybe he uses it to swat flies.
