    The tradition came about because Saints always had to sell on their star strikers. With few exceptions, and until recently, the outgoing striker was nearly always better than the incoming much cheaper replacement. Has Peter Crouch ever scored against Saints. When we play Stoke, perhaps he'll take a shot in the last minute, have it saved and then we'll sprint up the pitch and bang in the equaliser/winner. That would be a nice tradition to start..!

    BOOM Taken Messi just 25mins against a very decent Real Betis side to get the 2 goals he needed to get the all time record for most goals in a calendar year. Respect.
