You're confusing two concepts. There's luck from the QPR point of view and from our point of view.

From the QPR point of view, you can't say that they had bad luck. They didn't take their chances, and that's their fault. QPR weren't unlucky, they were inept.

From our point of view, it is pure blind luck whether the opposition players have their shooting boots on or not. If they don't take clear chances which we have given them, then we are very lucky.

 

I agree. The fact that Krul played like a god isn't luck - - it's Krul. If we stop them, no matter how or when, then its skill.

If they get past everything we try to put in their way and then can't do the simple stuff, then that's luck for us.
