He has supported and been supported by a massive list of well known negationists, extreme right and left wingers, Hezbollah and so on... While Anelka's gesture seems like nothing at all, to me it shows it is spreading and footballers are idols to kids and can influence a lot of people who most likely understand nothing about it. I don't get involved in the conflict between the two sides but my point is Dieudonné is showing all the signs of someone who is secretly growing in popularity and hiding his true intentions. He is dangerous. I don't care if he has a point or not. Extremism in any shape or form is dangerous. It's ****ing scary to see kids make a sign they don't understand at all, when it has such ****ed up connotations. Either way It has no place on the pitch and personally I hope the FA take strong action and the English media don't downplay it. The bullshit explanation behind the significance of the sign is as ridiculous as Paolo Di Canio claiming he is a fascist but not a racist.

Making "La Quenelle" gestures is akin to siding with anti-semites, racists and Nazis. No thank you Mr Anelka, No thank you Mr Dieudonné.
