So unless you enjoy work more than me talking bollocks has probably been your highlight too then?

Pretty much. Although my job does involve sitting around doing absolutely nothing most of the day. Today I read my book for a while ("Hollywood Hellraisers" about the lives of Marlon Brando, Dennis Hopper, Warren Beatty and Jack Nicholson - I also recommend the same title but about Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole, Richard Harris and Oliver Reed) watched some Wimbledon, watched the Women's football and then played cards for a few hours. But I was glad to leave all the same and come on here and talk **** <ok>!

The Hollywood Hellraiser books sound good. Could tell you a few stories about Oliver Reed <laugh>. He use to live in Guernsey and i've met him a few times. Nice bloke but was always totally ****faced when I met him <laugh>. There are some legendary stories about his antics that took place over here that I am sure didn't make it into the book! :)

Watching the tennis and footie doesn't sound bad either.

From what I've read in the book, it's remarkable Reed lasted as long as he did!

Total physical abuse from alcohol! But the guy was unbelievably fit considering how little care he took with his health. Just one of those naturally fit guys you know?

I was in a chinese restaurant once and he was sat at a table near me. When he got up to leave he staggered and fell onto our table. His elbow landed in my Chow Mein. He apologised and offered to pay for our meal and when I refused told me to look him up at his local pub (the Jamaica Inn) and he'd buy me a pint :) He then tried to walk away and fell onto another table only this time he pretty much destroyed it, food flying everywhere. <laugh>

Saw him again in the Jamaica a few weeks later (had just played their footie team in a sunday league match and went round for a few pints after the game) but he was pissed again. Didn't go up to him and ask for the pint because I assumed he wouldn't remember me :) Great bloke though. Legend!!

<laugh> The books are full of stories like that, and the best part is that they get away with it time and time again because of who they are.

There's nowt ****ing happy about it. I start work at half 11 and I don't finish until half 9. There's no bastard football on, and the only thing I get to watch is the Women's bloody final.

Quite the oppisite for me im afraid, just found out I got a 2:1, its my first day off in a week and The fight is on later, alcohol will flow like the river Nile, in monsoon season

Congratulations on the result! I hope you're in a fit state to even watch the fight, or do you plan on drinking late and into Sunday?

Also lads, Euromillions not won again, £154m jackpot on Tuesday. It's ****ing mine!!!!
