If dudgeon cant play for few games at a time then we need to sign a left back who can! Dawson is a liability against any winger that has a bit of pace and agility. He is scared to do anything with his right foot and he needs to take a touch before he crosses every single ball into the box! Admittedly i didnt see the last game so cant comment but in the games i have seen recently he has been the weak link in our side.
I ask again, how does it help Hull City? And it's not someone 'itk', it's someone who went to watch training who for some perverse reason get a kick out of appearing itk. As someone said earlier, if I was a manager I'd have some drone just checking the Internet to see any such posts and if it gives then just a slightest edge it helps. Ok then, lets just have the manager announce the team from Thursday if it doesn't matter.
If the manager announces the team, then the opposition can act on it, if it's just posted by some random unknown on a football message board, it could be a guess or complete and utter bollocks.
Yes, and if they spend 30 minutes talking about the possibility that it could be true and how they should mplay that team then it gives them an advantage, if it's bollocks theyve wasted 30 mins. It does not help us in any way, shape or form but if it helps them just 1% that could be the difference between winning and losing.
Right. So what you're saying is that we can talk about anything on here, as long as it isn't football related. Reading will have already picked their team, it won't matter to them what ours is, they won't be changing their tactics they've practised all week based on the posting of a bloke on an Internet message board, whether he turns out right or wrong.
If a manager did come on here to try and get some information, he would be far more likely to act upon the information that anyone trying to pass Andy Dawson will have their shirt ripped off their back, so they should try and run past him on the edge of the box and hit the deck as often as possible, as there's a very good chance it will get them a penalty. Or that they should give Mclean plenty of time on the ball, as he can only get a shot on target if he has no time to think. There's far more useful information on here than a team sheet which may, or may not be correct, you're making far too much of it.
I'm sure loads of managers base their team and tactics on what they read on fan sites on the internet Or maybe not Looks like a good team to me , Mclean will run them ragged and then Fryatt will come on to score the winner
The manager did, however, vent his fury at the rest of his line-up being leaked the day before the match on the QPR fans' website WeAreTheRangersBoys.com. He vowed to publish RicRoc's email address and encourage QPR fans to "bombard him with rubbish." I wonder why Neil Warnock, one of the British games' most experienced managers, was angry if it's a ridiculous notion that the opposition will check the internet for team news leaks?
It's quite flattering that other teams need to go to such lengths and adaptations in order to compete with us. Most managers are stuck with a pretty limited choice of line up that wouldn't take too much guessing for an opposition manager.
Ah, I see. In other news, Neil Warnock is the joint most promoted manager in English football history.
Yes thank god Fergie and Wenger, the two most successful managers of the last 20 years, never ever blame anyone for a defeat do they.
Agree, it was getting a bit boring watching us make so many chances without a striker to finish them, so good job he's dropped Fryatt now If Kebe is their right winger (doubtful I know) then that's what he does every week regardless of the full back. He's one of the games biggest cheats. This is pretty much my team, except like others I'd have Dudgeon ahead of Dawson because (as has been mentioned already) Dawson is beaten way too easily and resorts to shirt-pulling, whereas Dudgeon seems in control all the time. I'd also like to see King at some point but can understand that it's better to start him on the bench at first.
