    Heartbroken for you and your family Geo. No words can express my sadness. Little Stanley looked a lovely little lad in his City kit. I'm in tears for him.

    Ive just told my lad that i love him, he looked at me as if i had gone mad, i obviously dont tell him often enough.

    Geo, you mustn’t beat yourself up about not going to a game. Your lad probably never thought twice about it - kids jump from trend to trend and idea to idea all the time. You made the right decision to delay a visit because of everything that was going on at the club. A decision you don’t need to second think or re-evaluate.

    I can’t even imagine what you and you’re family are going through. I don’t think this needs saying but just to add that we - as much as a strange, disfunctional family we all appear to be - are all here to do what we can to help. We’re all tigers after all.

    @Geo10 I read the article today in the YP which had your heartbreaking statements in. I can't put into words or imagine how you feel but your statement was poignant and beautiful. You and Stanley's mum did him proud. I had a tear in my eye on the train to London. Best wishes for you, your missus and your little girl. I hope you don't mind me putting it on here.
