Hucks. I haven't at all forgotten your generation. On the contrary, you and Colk (in the post you refer to) illustrate what I have been saying. As fans who didn't grow up on a constant diet of First Division/Premier League football at Carrow Road, you may not be particularly thrilled by the football you are seeing from our team at the moment, but seeing us playing the like of Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs at Carrow Road is a dream come true, and if it takes a bit of time before we see our team playing as we'd all like, you'll wait. Right?
I think many fans think of the PL era the way they think of summers in their youth when every day was sunny. In actual fact, they only remember the sunny days. Under PL in 2012, City had a run of 12 games that included 9 losses, 1 draw, and 2 wins, including losing at home to Leicester in the FA Cup. Was that really exciting or heartwarming? It wasn't for me. Evolution, not revolution. As Supers says, it will take time.
