I meant more that they think the the old name for each place and the new name for each place are actually different places rather than having different names for the dishes.

A bit like Hull & Kingston Upon Hull then isn't it ? Never quite understood why we use the name Hull (the river) rather than Kingston (or kings town) that sits alongside the river Hull
