This board!!!! PLEASE READ!!!

Good post, Norway. I can see why you left. It's definitely getting worse here.

Chico, I didn't vote for Musty but I sincerely hope he's reinstated. We can't have bullies ruling the playground (how appropriate, because it's become one!). Musty was voted in by the majority of Swans fans and that's the end of it.

Ash, you've been an excellent mod since you took up the role even though I haven't always agreed with your decisions - fact is they were yours to make. Take no notice of the constant whingers, "I want to complain" ; "He said this" ; "I never said that" and so on. People are leaving because of the **** here and the whiners have to get their head around the fact that the forum is and should always be a mod dictatorship - within reason. Anything else, like trying to please everyone, leads to chaos.

Take a decision and stick to it and most of us will back you. <ok>

I don't really care who's mod but we're a laughing stock yet again. Dilli bullies Musty out on the same day he's appointed, yet Musty got more votes from JACK POSTERS <doh>. I didn't vote for him btw. All because he's mates with PGF and FFS. This is playground stuff. Dilli is the last person that should have any say in who is a mod - he embarrassed the board by taking on the QPR fans when he was a mod, misidentifying a poster and then setting his rottweiller Aber onto them. As a result he was forced to resign. His posting edicts on what makes a good mod is like Hitler giving advice on child care.

Since then, Dilli has gone out of his way to antagonise any other team he doesn't like and we then get invaded by them (Liverpool and QPR recently). As a result we all suffer, as does this board. Jumping up and down every time there's the slightest insult or provocation throwing toys out of the pram in every direction.

THIS IS NOT A DEMOCRACY! Ash, you should stop trying to please everyone and tell Dilli if he doesn't like the choice of mod made by the majority of Jacks who voted he can **** off. End of. This guff about being insulted is a smokescreen and we all know it, but he's got what he wanted.

Thank God for this post. I was starting to think you'd all become blind to what's going on.

I find myself addicted to this board now, like car crash telly, because there is always some kind of entertaining drama or in-fighting going down here almost everyday. Its like a soap opera.

No other board has anywhere near as much in-fighting as on here. I've never seen anything like it and I post regularly on lots of different forums of all different teams. In my 8 months or so reading this board I have learned to really respect and admire your mods because the amount of bullshit and moaning he has to put up with is incredible, so given the circumstances I doff my cap to you sir. As its always the same 2 or 3 posters who are at the centre of the trouble, if it was up to me, I would of long ran out of patience and banned them by now, so fair play to you Chico for having the patience of a saint.

Your Mods are doing a good job and are good people so instead of this moding by discussion and committee approach being employed here where non-mods basically get to dictate what happens and doesn't happen and discuss decisions to the nth degree. The Mods should just do what they need to do, as their in charge, no-one else, and

they know what their doing, so they should not be questioned on every little bit of modding they do nor have to explain why took certain action. Their doing a good job and should just be left to run the board as they see fit and be trusted to make the decisions that THEY feel need to be made and trusted to get it right and do whats bst for the board as a whole. If certain posters aren't happy with that tough. Mods can't keep all of the posters here happy, all of the time, so people just have to stop acting like spoilt children and accept they cant always have things the way they want.

This is a great board with good, highly knowledgeable, people contributing to it but too often it gets bogged down by spoilt and selfish posters who can't accept and deal with the fact that their opinion isn't always right and not everybody sees things the same as them. Thats just life and ut'd be **** if everyone agreed all of the time.
