they came offering a gift they thought they could run a football club like a marine enginering business they've been found out and they're taking everyone down with them in their sinking ship
Pearson never invented attendance figures. I guess you're talking about the counting of non attending ticket holders but that's trivial and yes, all clubs do it. It could only ever account for a small number. What City do is just make up a number which suits them.
Depends on the talking point, if it's sale of the club talk he's onboard, if it's talks about protests he's knocking on deaths door.
It does have to be in the accounts and the last set of accounts showed the attendances had been exaggerated by over 2,500 per game.
His words aren't always sincere but that doesn't mean he was lying in this instance. CTWD voted not to release the minutes at the time. I'm no longer involved so I have no idea whether they'll be released eventually. Times have certainly changed since the vote and for me the reasons we didn't release the minutes are no longer valid. I assume the Trust are now custodians of the minutes as a result of the merger between CTWD and the Co-op. So any release would be up to them.
It was on here, someone will drag it back up. In fact they would paid less tax because the accounts showed the real attendance the higher figure was just for the media.
I suspect nobody currently involved in HCST has even seen those meeting notes, never mind got custody of them. It's ancient history now and everything discussed was subsequently made public anyway.
Weren't the minutes published about three years ago, at the time of the second name change application? They were certainly quoted extensively in the second submission from HCST.
Pages 5 and 6 if memory serves me correctly. http://hullcitysupporterstrust.com/wp-content/uploads/HCST-Submission-2015_FINAL.pdf
HCST used them for the second submission to the FA. according to AlRawdah. I agree they are ancient history and don't see any reason why they shouldn't be published in full.
If so there shoul be no problem in putting them up on here then. But I doubt they have been. They were deffo going to be put up on here but then they weren't. It was agreed no one but those there could see them, by those there. And then it was only those there could decide who saw them after that.
