Where did I say Matt's a liar?

He says he had posters taken from him by stewards. He says the stewards said they'd been directed by City. He may well be repeating what was said.

The reality is, what was said may well have been false. It could have been a steward trying to save tidying up.

You simply can't make the leaps you're trying to make, especially when it sounds like one isolated incident and others got there stuff in and displayed with no issues.

 

Why doesnt someone just tweet this bloke and ask him to clarify? Too easy?

 

Why on Earth do you people think this is such a big deal? Is this the big issue, Really? OLM just admit to everything they want, apologise for everything and let them enjoy their big **** off

 

It's not a big deal, it never was, that's kind of the point.

Some people do seem keen to try and make mountains out of molehills, either up front or worse when they only imply it. It does seem to be on certain issues too.

If only they'd help help flatten them too when it becomes apparent they're not needed.

It's a sad truth, but some people are quick to defend a negative, even when they can't support it.

It'd be a lot better if people just stuck to discussing it, rather than trying to divert it with childish, personal abuse.

It wouldn't really make any difference. Nobody's disputing what he said, merely the implications some tried to hang on it.

Aye, it's sad it took so long, but we got there in the end.

Hopefully lessons have been learned, and some will be less inclined to go off half cocked in future, and others will read between the lines before getting the pitchfork out.

People could be forgiven for thinking that it's not just the Allams that create division amongst the fans.

Aye, very true. Luckily most people can see them for the desperate toss pots they are. They stand out as they're usually the ones that try to divert the discussion by hurling childish insults.

Fortunately there's a few decent sorts that try to shine a light through the fog.
