It's brought back a few memories of my time in jail.

There was a little Italian fella, in for fifteen years, who brought round a trolley with books from the prison library, I chose 'The Naked and the Dead'.

Great book but sadly/happily I wasn't locked up long enough to finish it ...

.. I thought about nicking it when I was released but thought stealing from a prison might not be the best idea <laugh>

This is 100% intentional many make sure they are never looking in their dogs direction when it's having a ****! That way they can play ignorant.

Don't get me started on cats using my garden as a ****ing litter tray, nature etc I know still pisses me off though!

Room clearance and trigger discipline was dreadful as well. Anyone in there with any kind of cqb training would have stopped her quite easily. It's weird, normally these shooters are playing out some kind of fantasy, but she seemed to be just mooching about waiting for the police to turn up and shoot her.

Labour MP Ms Abbott, who is a close ally of the party's former leader, also said Sir Keir Starmer's move to block him was "extraordinary".

Ms Abbott told Good Morning Britain: "Let me say, Jeremy is not and has never been an anti-semite.

"It is extraordinary that we are going to throw him out. I don't know if he's going to run as an independent but if he does he will win."
