    Hahaha daft fooker.
Think mine went up about the same time. <laugh>
I had to get the step ladder to go in the loft.
So save going up again I brought the tree and decs down.
Mr's moaned (no not sexually) <laugh>
And I pointed out she'd been watching shìt xmas films since the start of October . And I'll just leave the fooking boxes in the corner ready.
But no, I'd got it out and she wanted it straight up  :emoticon-0165-muscl <laugh>

We had a better one but she swapped it with the eldest daughters last year.
Unbeknown to the eldest daughter who moaned about that this year <laugh>

Any fooking way. I'm getting a real tree next year or I'm fùcking off abroad with cocaine and prostitutes :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>

Oh, and I bought the Revell titanic model kit :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>

    Fruit fly ?
    Little bastards.
I make home brew red wine and the fookers can ruin it .

I'm down to my last 40 plus bottles so I've got another 30 on the go :emoticon-0148-yes:
    <cheers> <laugh>

I only got the Revell Porsche Martini. I was gonna get the Maclaren as well but was sold out.
I asked the lad in the shop if they were getting any more and he reckoned not. Said they only got 2 of each of the cars.
Had loads of the ships left.

    Steak pies.

Had to pop up and see a mate who has moved to springwell. Popped into the costcutter shop which looks like it used to be a co-op? Steak pies in the chiller cabinet, £1 each. Absolutely tremendous.

Well it's our 54th Wedding Anniversary today.
Just prepared breakfast using a bread board/knife which was given to us as an engagement present.
The missus tells me she still using a hand held electric mixer which was also an engagement gift.
Anybody else got kitchen stuff with longevity.

that’s some stunt mind Cumbrian - 54 years, that’s older than me.

they obviously made some good kit back in 1970 if your bread knife is still going !

Congrats mate. It’s always nice to see marriages that last. It’s 32 years for Mrs K and me in April next year. I can only comment on our family but I think it helps if both sets of parents stay together as well.

Was looking to add a hive thermostat to the combi boiler, as we don't have any kind of thermostat, so the heating is either on or off, and the only control to turn it on or off is on the combi itself.
Looked at Hive and they wanted £139 for the thermostat and hub, and £109 fitting. So £248 all in.
    Thought ****e with that.
Bought the thermostat and hub from screwfix for £104.
Watched a youtube video on how to install on a Baxi boiler and have done it this morning, and all up and running.
Needed to buy 1m of 5 core flex, so cost of installation was 80p!
    Total cost....£104.80.

    Youtube is bloody marvelous.
