Odd SKP saying people say to him that if it wasn't for Quinn he wouldn't have got the goals he did, thought has never crossed my mind in 20 odd years. They complimented each other. Argument could be made that Phillips wouldn't have gotten the 30 seaon without Quinn, but that's all pie in the sky.

…… and the follow up that paying for it from levelling up money - he says that if northern youngsters and southern youngsters do the same community service - it’ll mean levelling is happening . Beggars belief.
