Got Haaland, Ferguson and Jackson up top in my PL fantasy team. Guess which ones on the bench and which one I forgot to captain this week…
The Deputy Chief of the Air Staff, a guy called Richard Maddison, posted his suicide note on Twitter yesterday afternoon, all neatly typed up and on headed paper. He was found and is getting help thankfully. It's since been deleted but you can still find it if you search his name. A damning indictment of the gulf between what the RAF say they do and what they actually do when it comes to mental health. This guy had suicidal thoughts for thirty years, was flying himself and others around, and it was never picked up on by any of his work colleagues or doctors. The implications of this are absolutely horrifying. If I had to wager, I'd bet that he tried to and was told it would be bad for his career.
Draper through to the last 16 of a major for the first time, potential champion that lad. Only British player I've been excited about for I don't know how long, maybe ever. Raducanu was another but god knows what's happened to her. Seems to have mentally retired at the age of 20.

A Sudanese asylum seeker has been given a suspended sentence and “moved to a different hotel after he was caught by a *****phile hunting group in Leicester grooming what he thought was a 14 year old girl. The grooming, which began with simple compliments before escalating, continued for four months, with Abdulkarim telling “Milly” via WhatsApp how good looking she was, and asking if he could visit her for sex. He told her one message: “Can I see your nudes?” Another message read: “Would you like to have sex? I want to see under your bra.” Prosecutor Stefan Fox said: “He said he wanted to be the first one to touch her and the first one to have sex with her Sinjin Bullbring, representing Abdulkarim, who has now been moved to asylum accommodation in the West Midlands, conceded the conviction would have an impact on Abdulkarim’s attempt to secure asylum in the UK. The application is still in consideration stage ? Seriously? we shouldn't care how much his solicitor claims he is remorseful
Which of our players are away with internationals? I know Hume and Ballard and,I think Rigg....any others? Jewi,Nectar?
Seen this on Facebook, titled "Under The Lights". That commentary gantry must have been bloody freezing in the winter.
Out now but a damn good effort considering how little tennis he's had recently (not just recently either) and the fact he was playing a top ten player. When he's had a proper buildup and goes into the next tournament in top condition I expect him to push on further than the quarters.

Why do some workmen/trade think that when working outside in someone's street everyone wants to hear their ****ty radio blasting all day.

Doubt anyone cares much but I've seen quite a bit of the tennis thanks to it being on at a convenient time and I've been impressed with Jo Konta as a pundit. Lots of enthusiasm and personality, I could see her doing a good job replacing Sue Barker. Better than Balding but it's not hard. Hope Sabalenka wins, not a fan of Gauff. She's effective but it's mainly just because she runs a lot and doesn't give in. Admirable but not my kind of tennis.
Absolutely no love for any of these clubs, but this absolute lunacy gives me goosebumps Absolute definition of "Limbs"
