As long as you're happy with what you've chosen. I wasn't worried about paint colours as they can always be changed but the ex chose a purple vanity for one of the bathrooms and it was horrible to look at for 10 years.

Very happy with what I’ve chosen. Nothing purple that’s for sure
And I’m the same, certain things are easily changed, but things like flooring and kitchen units and tiles aren’t.
