Certainly not been my experience and i don't live in Jockland!

 

There is no way house prices can't fall in London, places like Camden have price to income ratios of something like 20 ffs, that can't possibly be sustainable

Thamesmead is not in London. But because the thick ****s in places like Thamesmead, Gillingham, & wherever @DUNCAN DONUTS is currently parking his caravan, have voted to turn the UK into a primitive backwater where the principle currency will soon be the turnip, London is losing it's status as a the centre of the universe and will eventually just be another, larger and marginally less ****, version of Gillingham.

In other words, the UK is ****ed. For anyone who has assets, it probably is a good time to sell up and get out.

Thamesmead is a suburb of London and more affordable for the likes of Toby

And Turnips is a good currency at Christmas.

 

Thamesmead is where London dockers went to die.

It's not that no one lives in Scotland. It's just we are not daft enough to pay a million quid for a cupboard like they do in London. Plus walking over our bridges is a lot safer as well.

 

If voting for Brexit magically took value from smug ****s that bought cheap flats and doubled or tripled their money ?and it makes it easier for first time buyers? then that's just gravy too.

 

Ignore them Si, they don't even know their SE28's - Suppose they still think Charlton is in Kent too and don't even get in a discussion about Bromley, that will really **** with their brains.

Still most North Londoner's get lost once they get outside of Enfield and on to the magic roundabout.

It's no secret that you lot enjoy a higher standard of living up there in the frozen north than us stressed out, ripped off, burnt out Southerners.

But as it is constantly pissing down in Jockland, I would look a right **** in a kilt, & I don't want to fry everything I eat in lard, I'll stay where I am, ta.

 

Fank ****. Can you not persuade the rest of your countrymen who live up here to come back to Engurland because quite frankly they are stinking up the place.

 

We could arrange a trade-off with the Jocks down here. But do you really need thousands more purple faced Glaswegian drunks with no teeth and a burning desire to fight lamposts?
