Guy that killed an injured Taliban and got done for murder cos he couldn't argue act of duty cos he'd contravened the Geneva convention or some **** like that.

Anyway, he's every *****'s hero and he's arguing that PTSD caused him to do it and the appeal case starts today and he should hear if he's getting out on bail.

Not the guy who shot some injured Taliban **** to put him out of his misery? I remember the days when you won wars by killing more enmities than your side got killed. War crimes should be banned. All is fair in love and war imho
