    This can be personal if you think about it, but, with all of the fighting around the world this year, I believe that this is highly appropriate . . . . especially at this time of year (it's making me feel as soppy as ****, too) <hug>

    Honestly fella, I'll just get a man with a Van locally. We ****ed estate agents off because of all their admin bollocks and reference fees. Got ourselves a private landlord so what was going to cost us over a grand to move is only costing 250 quid. So with that in mind I'm going to get to match early next year. Meeting up with you for a drink and a chuckle will be help enough mate. :)
