If we were after Ba in the summer we would have signed him for £0.00. If we're after him now what his price was last summer is simply irrelevant.
There's been rumours of Tiote going to the Chavs since September, so they probably have started already - especially since MUPLC have started to be linked in the last month as well.
I think he'd improve either side, Croydon. Essien seems to be finished, unfortunately. Truly superb player and extremely consistent during Mourinho's reign. Horrible to see anyone's career cut short. Tiote's definitely an improvement on Mikel and Man Utd don't seem to have anyone that even compares. They've been deprived Fletcher's presence through illness and his influence is sorely missed.
