If any of us had done as bad a job as this in our day jobs, we’d be sacked. Boris is supporting this education secretary. This entire government is a shambles. I could write an algorithm which would work better!!!!

The "qual" part stands for equality, rather than qualifications as you might think. Bit of an oxymoron now
