Well the reasons hardly seem fair or for that matter logical, H&S going way over the top as per normal , they are a bane on the modern world , you could breathe in a germ that might make you ill , they would prob make us wear masks or ban breathing! I work in an engineering enviroment that could be very hazardous! However training and common sense keeps us safe , a lot of time you work with the buddy buddy system , you make sure you can see or hear others, basic simple policy! H&S tried to ban us using long leads for our headsets because they were a trip hazard <doh>
Sorry to let go at you BBW its just H&S muppets really yank my chain and appear to do everything they can to stop any work being done!

Maybe the problem here isnt TYO, stewards or the club ! If all are following the rules! Maybe the rules are flawed or OTT and need to be revisited!

That's a whole other matter Norway, one which I would agree with you on! H&S is a joke, and really gets in the way of modern day living! But, on the other hand, it is there only to make out world safer. For instance, say you are a gardener and you find it more convenient to cut a hedge stretched across a ladder. On one occasion, you slip and cut your arm of. You then blame your employer for gross negligence. From now on, the gardening firm has to go over the top ensuring provisions are in place to prevent people having the same accident. H&S is born.

    Anyway, back on topic.

It is obvious that you will have more luck getting a message across to a group of people who are in regular attendance, as opposed to someone who is around for a very short period of time. Once you are told to do something enough, you will begin to do it.

True enough BBW but that doesn`t stop the forest fan who falls and hurts himself ,suing the club if the same "care" isn`t extended to them!

It should not matter how long you are at the ground for. If you are there for 4hrs a month or just 2 you can still cause harm to yourself and others. Who is more likely to harm others around them or players? Me who supports Watford fc and would like to go back in the future or the guy who is drunk and does not give a toss whether he is allowed back in the ground again?? I think we can generally say its the away fans. Why should they be exempt from rules when the home fans are forced to follow them to the letter? If a guest comes to your house and you have the rule of no shoes inside, you would expect them to abide by it and would enforce it too, they are not completely exempt from it.
