    Why are we such a shambles, everything that is happening in and around our club at the moment is just so amateurish.

    The US consortium’s media man, Paul McCarthy has just appeared to apologise for the delay in beginning today’s press conference.
    “There is no problem with the deal. It is just in the hands of lawyers and things can get tangled. It is very close to being completed and if Steve and Jason are not in a car on their way to the stadium they will be soon.”

    And there was me hoping there was a big problem and they had ****ed off back to the USA

    I'm more optimistic with the takeover and im glad the Morgan's have gone. It's the start of a new chapter for Swansea city and who knows where this will lead but we were going nowhere with the Morgan's and they admitted it that they cant take the club any further so with new owners we will have to see what their plans are first before knocking them.......We will know soon....

    Dai, I see what you re saying, but sometimes it Is better the devil you know. I don't know why but just have a bad feeling about this and yes it could as you say be the start of something good, but it could also be the start of the end for us.

    I am still waiting to hear this press conference, I have no doubt that they will say all the right things, But so did the Venkys, Learner and the 20 or so owners Portsmouth had.

    Just seen that on the website, We are a ****ing shambles and it seems to be running right through the club and you have to wonder how professional the Yanks are to also been party to this.

    Fooking stupid twats, the idea is that all discussions to be completed and signed then call a conference, why couldn't they do it for tomorrow or Saturday ? Shambles!

    I know that but the fact is the Morgan's had had enough and wanted out and more likely than not was the reason for looking for takeover candidates and its not as if they have rushed into things and sold to the first people who showed an interest. Also you have to look at the yanks putting their trust and their money into buying 60% of shares into something they think they cant make a success of....I believe its for the best and im grateful that we have a couple of super rich on the board. Once we hear their plans things will be much clearer but at least we have someone with potential now and not two stagnant shareholders who have took us as far as they can.......They have made millions over the years for themselves and now they can do other things like they said they want to do...Lets give these guys a chance...
