He eliminated Kane for the win Big Show and Shaq got eliminated early doors after one too many stare downs and choke holds on each other, took the whole rest of the other contenders to chuck them both out. After that it was mediocre, filler as predicted, apart from the end which was a good surprise actually. Tatanka was in it (remember him ??)
So we get a promo for Wrestlemania 33 on April 2 2017 Then out come some Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders ... can't complain about that, unless you're a feminist, feminists would find something to complain about here But what's this ... it's ... it's The Roooooooooock 'If ya smeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell !!!!' Out he comes to a big pop and backstage he goes to bring out a huge flamethrower, of course, that he shoots in the air and uses to light up a giant flaming statue thing of his name Rock does his usual pre-amble and it's all in order to announce the record Wrestlemania attendance of 101,763. His music hits. Rock soaks up the atmosphere and adoration, starts to speak again ... then ... the lights go out suddenly ... here come the Wyatt Family. Bray Wyatt says this isn't your moment, it's ours, I'm going to eviscerate you.' Rock says Bray is gonna go down to waffle house and eat some waffles, you're not an eater of worlds but an eater of hot pockets.' Then to Eric Rowan and Brawn Strowman 'this one looks like his parents are related and this one looks like he's been breast fed since he was 26 years old' Oooooh **** ... This is turning into a match, Rock says he'll have any of em ... Rock vs Eric Rowan !! Rock has his gear on under a pull off sweats ... Here we mothereffin go ... FFS match lasts exactly 6 seconds, Rock nails him with a Rock Bottom. The Wyatts want some more of the Rock though and surround him ... then, oh then oh then oh then, John Cena's music hits and out comes a returning Cena dressed like a tangerine for the assist. Him and Rock clear house hitting their big signature moves. Peoples' Elbow on Bray to finish things. Rock welcomes Cena back, they stand tall on the turnbuckles. That's how to bury some of your better younger talent right there, oh yeah, burying it right there. Meh, I like Rock but his **** is old as F like him and very easily wears thin he's been doing it so long, Cena is Cena so generally terrible and annoying as hell. That bit was maybe alright, didn't really care for it, quite corny and contrived, nah didn't like it all that much

Struggling now. Eyes saying close please. Don't really give a **** about this final match, thinking about breakfast now. Triple H's entrance could be good and entertaining in a very cheesy way Here he comes introduced at length by Stephanie McMahon (standing on a throne in I think a graveyard, he's more Undertaker than Undertake these days) who is looking quite hot in PVC. He does his water spit thing and poses Waiting to see how loud the boos for Reigns are gonna be ... they are very very loud, deafening in fact, and very audible They are trying desperately to get this guy over, big fireworks over the arena as he enters, crowd's not having it. His gimmick is pathetic and he's awful in tearing and on the mic so it's no surprise. Cheers for HHH, more loud boos for Reigns as they square up. It's what anybody with a brain was expecting, so precisely nobody on the WWE creative team or in the company's management team There's the bell, it's underway, I only have to make one more post before I can go to sleep
Aaaaand your winner and new WWE champion is ... Roman Reigns !! That's predictable. A bad-ok match with some nice moves but mostly snoozeworthy. Reigns getting deafening booes throughout. Crowd lost interest and started random chants as they do when they do. Mexican waves and Ole chants too. Not good. Stephanie took a spear !! Haha. That was notable ... in the end HHH tried to use the sledgehammer to finish it after working on Roman's arm looking for the submission but got caught out with a spear instead. That all needed something extra, was underwhelming. Wrestlemania 32 goes off the air with big fireworks in and outside the stadium as Reigns poses with the belt to a few cheers but mostly deafening booes and complete indifference or hatred. It's fair enough, he doesn't deserve to be in his spot, it's been gifted to him. Thank god, thank god, it's over. It was a mediocre 'Mania, alright and with a few entertaining moments of genuine quality but let down overall by strange and questionable decisions in matches and overall results/finishes that just kept making you ask what the **** is happening rather than being able to truly enjoy it. None of the matches were necessarily bad, more that the booking and structure of the endings was just bad. NXT Takeover: Dallas was a better show, there developmental PPV. That's the state of this company these days. I hope you appreciate my effort. I'm going for a long lie down ...

It was a bit like an extended retirement do, yeah. Paying for it today, hahah ...That womens' championship match was entertaining good wrestling and they're all hot as, as was Undertaker v Shane ... top match that and the Intercontinental ladder match was fun. The rest was pretty shocking in the wrong way and those 3 messed up by poor outcomes
