They did have grey as well as blue and black. I bought some socks for a fiver. Not Le Shark though. I might be a bit flash with the designer gear but even I know when I've gone too far. Le Shark socks is decadence on an unrivalled scale and would be seen as a trifle crass.
Grey is acceptable Madhog but as we've just found out there's blue. Brown shoes, blue pants its a fate acom plea.
I think I agree that Ferdinand is a twat. I don't usually agree with having a go at all these big name players as seems to be a favourite pastime of football fans but Ferdinand deserves all he gets for having a go at another player on twitter. For what it's worth I believe Ferdinand probably wasn't being racist and Terry was, but I don't give a ****. Terry's was an utterance on a football pitch that nobody noticed at the time, Ferdinand went out of his way to type something permanent on the internet to have a go at a fellow professional. I don't believe that racism is the most serious issue like a lot of people do, but I think a professional needs to handle himself better than that.
Ah yes, blessed with 3 daughters and a wife, I must admit to being a bit of an expert on colours and combinations thereof. I belive the mantra is "Brown and blue, that'll do" along with "Red and green, must be seen" and of course "all in white, you stink like ****e".
