So is that why he didn't turn up to the press conference? Are they still trying to salvage the pieces?

Equally if it was David batty, robbie savage, joey Barton or Suarez then it is a ban and seen as deserved

The 18-year-old Manchester United supporter was watching at home in a village near Bingham, Nottinghamshire. He felt the red card shown to the United winger was a crime so called police.

In Fergie's pre-Real press conference he made fun of the 'original' Ronaldo.

A comparison between the two most famous 'Ronaldos' of world football has caused controversy in Brazil. Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima responded to comments made by Sir Alex Ferguson during the build up to the Manchester United–Real Madrid game, in which the Scot said that "Cristiano is better than Ronaldo, the old, fat one, and I mean that affectionately".

Ronaldo was rightly pissed off with Fergie's remark.

The former Brazilian international said at an event related to the 2014 World Cup that "Real Madrid shut his mouth for me", before adding that the United manager's word's were "disrespectful. A professional with so many years in the game, a knight of the realm, shouldn't be so disrespectful, it's distasteful".
"We respect his opinion. I don't aspire to be the best in everybody's eyes. I'm happy with what I did in my playing career, during which I was the best player in the world. I don't have to talk about how I used to look, but I'm disappointed at his complete lack of respect when talking about me", said the former Real Madrid and Barcelona player.

And he finished off with a remark that bit Fergie's arse last night.

Visibly angry, Ronaldo also wished that "the team managed by Ferguson always lose".

This deserved it's own thread, it's totally in line with a foul mouthed dirtbag of which Ferguson is.

To deal with his grief over losing to Madrid he can go and kick off another benefit in aid of himself.

Ronaldo got the last laugh and the first, he destroyed United in a brilliant performance the year fergie called the draw for the CL a fix publicly
