Says in the rules that the prediction is after extra time if applicable. Therefore you get 6 points for this. Make sure you are predicting until the end of the games excluding penalties.

If ratboy had converted his penalty in overtime, it would have been 13 points in two matches on the day.
The full set runs to 200 pages. A lot of them are quite obscure and have very little impact on the actual playing such as;
Rule 173: Whomsoever is running the league is entitled to 1 point from each of the other players.
It seems a little unfair, but them's the rules. The full set is available for a fee of £75 to cover printing costs.

You clearly don't as you get 1 bonus point for predicting a Croatia win ultimately. Quoted from my opening post4 games 0 points
I don't think I understood the rules
"An extra point will be awarded for drawn games if penalties take the game in the way you predicted. Therefore if you predict England to win and it's a draw, and then England win on Pens (as if!), you just get 1 point."
