Most definitely spelt wrong, but it is Italian cheese. Goes really well with cured meats and olives a few crackers and a nice red wine.

No . . . . that's the correct spelling (I goggled (yes, goggled) it) and it looks like it would 'go' as you suggested, but I'd never heard of it

I prefer the Yellow Tail Shiraz myself, not bad at all and goes lovely with a nice Pecorino (spelling) and a slack handful of unsalted cashews.
