    Poor taste that mate.

Having seen exactly where she was supposedly taken from, I've never had that story though tbh.

Indeed. I don't think she was abducted. I think the parents found her dead from having left her then disposed of her..

If any of you are keen landscape photographers my friend here in Mallorca does photo workshops. She is a brilliant photographer as well.

Well she may have done something weird. Maybe they accidentally killed her and the story was a rouse. Either way I don't believe she was abducted.

If they'd have accidentally killed her surely they would have just been more keen to get medical help etc. than dispose of their dead daughter?

And, where the **** did they put her? How did they make her vanish?

I think she probably was abducted. Her parents though, I wouldn't dream of saying they in any way deserved it but if you decide to leave your kids unattended to go on the piss then you're taking a big chance and it failed. Her being abducted is absolutely their own fault.

I wouldn't dream of leaving my kids unattended for a second in this county, let alone in bed in a place they don't know. It's madness, it's ****ing child neglect, and just because they're both doctors that should not be over looked.

Being a father myself, it's beyond belief that obviously educated people could dream of doing something so ****ing stupid.

Read that mate, it's very telling imo.

The dog's found cadever scent in the room, it was probably a tragic accident, but still I've never had the abduction story.

There's kids playing out on the beach in that small town at 10 and 11 at night, a nonce wouldn't have to go to such lengths to carry out an abduction.

I'll give it a read and I have read similar.

If it's true, and it is feasible of course, then they've done a hell of a job masking this over the years. As have their friends. You've got to be very cold and cunning to kill your own daughter, accidentally or otherwise, hide her so well she's never been found and then keep up the face for as long as they have.

For both of them to have that mentality would be extraordinary.

The disappearance of any child is a parents nightmare, but leaving one alone in a foreign country is, at best naive, and at worst negligence at the highest level. Had that been in the UK, with working class parents, the kids would have been taken into care and the parents dragged into court. But because its so called professional parents, its deemed OK.

I have no idea how many millions have been spent on this case, but I can think of far better use for children's charities than what really amounts to parents who though a night on the wine was more important.

They're ****ing guilty as hell. The whole thing was staged. Why would she not answer any of those questions?? It's all subterfuge.

Having watched breaking bad, I'm aware it's not hard to leave no trace of a body, especially for a pair of doctors.

    What questions?

And do you think they took their child disposal kit with them on holiday, just in case?

Aye, but we're going package, and were quoted a 1hr 45min coach transfer from the airport. Didn't want to risk having to spend that long on a coach full of sweaty ****s, but will probably look at Luz if we go back there.

To be fair, given that the police had publicly accused her of being a subject, she was probably advised by a lawyer not to say anything.

They would have done well to have covered it up if it was an accident - the kid was seen alive at 6pm, the parents were in a public restaurant from 8:30 and the kid was reported missing at 10:30. Not a huge amount of time to hide a body given they were in an unfamiliar place surrounded by people. And if it was a tragic accident, why take the risk of going to prison to hide it?

Given the people who saw a kid being carried away from the apartment I would tend to lean towards the abduction theory, particularly given that the stupid twats left their patio door unlocked to make it easier to get in and out. Would be easy as anything for a nonce to spot one of the parents going in to check the kids, see them leave the door unlocked, then walk in and walk out without anyone noticing at all.

    Read the article Tobes posted.

If you knew what you were doing you probably could dissolve a body using household stuff from a supermarket.

Aye, if you heat caustic soda to 150 degrees and leave it for three hours in a stainless steel tub then yes, you could.

Don't you think somebody might have noticed the McCann's buying a steel bath and a few gallons of industrial strength chemicals whilst on their holiday?

She probably refused to answer all the questions cos they'd been warned they might get fitted up if they did. After all, the police chief had been telling pretty much anyone who listened that he thought they were guilty and just wanted to find some evidence before he threw away the key...

So, unless it was premeditated and they were indeed carrying their child disposal kit, they would have had to go to said supermarket to buy their child dissolving products within the allotted time scale.

And no one would have recalled them doing that the following day would they?

It's way more fanciful that this happened than what is assumed to have happened, that the kid was abducted.
