Going to go back to the festival this afternoon. Couple of good local bands on today. Music was utter **** yesterday.

My hangover is pretty epic. Hoping a couple of cheeky pilsners will sort me out.

About 19. You probably were when we all started conversing. You’ve just stayed the same age in my head clearly.

Was at a food event in Plymouth on Saturday. Great day for my business, but **** me it was stifiling hot in the venue. Kopped some nice views of scantily clad health freak women though :)

Sunday went to see some puppies with my wife and little one. We’re going to get one they are Sprollies. Springer x Collie. Can’t wait, I badly miss having a dog and the long walks.

After that went for some lunch at a lovely riverside spot that I know near Falmouth. <ok>

Yep it’s been stunning down here recently. Makes up for the all the mist, wind and rain we had this winter.

This spot is 10 mins on the bike from my front door. Blessed to live here.

We’re heading down to the IoW soon. It’s nowhere near as stunning as where you are but we have family there. If a higher power could guarantee summers like this I’d buy a place down there. Already done the sums and it would easily pay for itself even if the weather was **** but unless we used it for a few weeks a year it would be more hassle than it’s worth. I’m definitely going to retire by the sea though.

Cornwall is really popular year round. And if you’re thinking of buying a house and renting it out for holiday makers you can’t really lose. Even if you just rented it out for 8 weeks in the summer and then used it yourself in the spring and autumn you’d still pay for it and make money.

Even a two bed cottage down here rents out for around £800-£1000 per week in the summer and stays busy though sept and Oct and then again Christmas and Easter.

I was meaning buying in the IoW where it’s much cheaper (on the West Wight) than Cornwall and I can get the in laws to manage it!

You get good easter and summer rent down there but not much apart from that as it’s grey and bleak.
