Different subject matter, Josh. He had some justification for the poppy thing, but absolutely none for this blatant disrespect. No matter what country you are in, you must respect the playing of their national anthem. You're not being asked to join in, or do a jig, just stand quietly and respect their right to play it. It's an english institution that he should just accept. He seems to embrace other iconic institutions like free education for his kids, the British legal system, the NHS, and as mentioned before, wonga bearing the Queens head. He's a tosser of the highest order.

I have read this, I don't care. He should wear a poppy. The poppy is not celebrating any war whatsoever, it is a symbol for remembrance. If you choose to live in any country, in an age where it is as easy as jumping on a plane and going somewhere else, you should have enough respect for that country to remember the people who died helping to shape the country and it's lifestyle of today.
Maybe, I see the whole poppy representation different to others. I have just read through the rest of the thread and agree with Eire, probably isn't best to talk through the subject on a forum.
Actually Eire I think we will get 500k from Sharps sale less the difference in his wage at Sheff U and is contract at Leeds but Morrison this will cost us a lot I agree Ajose surely we will get 150k for him but again difference in wages a big loss there
Like I said elsewhere 60, problem may be finding buyers. All likely to drop a division to find a new home and may not want that
