Not summer tyres in winter? Seen loads of people out ill prepared with summer tyres on getting stuck in the snow. I wonder why they don't have these very same issues where winter tyres are compulsory during seasons when temperatures hover around freezing. Funny that.

Saw a car today which obviously had winter tyres on acting the big man. He was pointing and laughing at non winter tyre users, mocking them and ridiculing their tyre joice.

Knocked the daft **** into a ditch with my 4 x 4.

Not laughing now I dare say.

End ****ing ex.

Non of the above actually happened.

Day off though. My kids were taken home at 2pm yesterday. It’s the right thing to do.

Only ****ing me would book a week off from today to have some ‘quiet time’ with no one around when all the kids are ****ing off now, with parents in tow and I could’ve been pissing around not going to work anyway,

Dear spring.

Last year you were kind to us with you warm dry and sunny days. I even had to water the lawn! Now you mates summer, autumn and winter have been utter ****ers with there’re cold winds and cloudy sky’s so if you could be so kind as to repeat last year we would all be grateful. The sooner the better thanks. Yours. Me

I agree Carmine
Winter tyres...pah

Me and Mrs Tash both drive big ignorant fume emitting 4x4s that can just roll over anything in their way...including smaller cars regardless of their tyres

When I go out today I will be using the heated seats, heated windscreen and heated steering wheel...but only 10mins after using the remote control from the warmth of the kitchen which will start the auxiliary heater in the car and have it all nice and toasty and clear all the windows before I even leave the house.

**** VAR, that’s the technology that’s really changing the world for the better

Most 4x4s have mud and snow tyres all year round.

It was the coldest December for a century.

It really did snow that year. We were having to dig people's cars out at work. Many just abandoned.

I walked to cott square from castle hill in a blizzard, passing a **** off truck who's wheels were just spinning on castle road.

Managed to jump on the last bus running that night.

6 weeks at least i believe.
That wind is very cold at the min though

The same weather phenomenon is the cause - Sudden Stratospheric Warming.

Prevailing winds turn from westerlies to easterlies. Possibly for months depending when it occurs.

Watched BBC this morning Louise and Charlie were getting their pants into a right spin over a Red Alert warning for South Wales and parts of S-W England. Louise was panting as if Charlie had just given her one behind the sofa. It got so tedious I had to turn it over to watch 'Everyone Loves Raymond'....yes it was that bad!!!

Surely nothing is that bad?
