    No problem Ash, not been on here much of late, but it is disappointing to see this infighting, it does no good for this forum, which needs all our support, just put it down to a few strong personalities, throwing their toys out of the pram, because they did not like the decisions!.............<ok>

    I second what Mabon says, you can't please all the people all the time but its clear that there are far more happier people out there than unhappy ones.

    Personally, I think the mods are doing just fine yet I feel they could do more to guide the forum back to being a vehicle for debate and away from being abused by some or used as an internet equivalent of road rage.

    There appears to be a core of weaker posters who use this forum solely to deflect serious argument and debate and lead us all into argument and recrimination.

    Some seem unable to accept a differing viewpoint (chip on the shoulder syndrome). Due to their inability to reason their grudges become inflated by differing thought processes and so bow to uncontrolled vitriol which is spread throughout ongoing debate.

    The mods are not a problem on this site, they do this for nothing sometimes suffer personal abuse cowardly veiled within a tenuous thread and on occasion direct. All they are doing is what they are supposed to, being a mod.

    Problems with most forums stem from the ignorance of a minority of posters and not moderators, I feel that our forum is no different.
