You also missed where I spelled Downing wrong with DOwining. Go talk to Ensil on the Spurs page, you two could go back and forth on grammar.

**** off LDC! I know I am part of the negativity but it is not so much at the job Kenny has done, I do question the buys, but those buys Downing, Carroll, etc were there to have prem experience and to boost our chances of beating sides like Swansea, and we still didn't..... at home! I think it is also, I know I am, so so tired of this..... we could see it coming, everytime we play a team we should beat we **** it up, hence why I am not worried about Chelsea and City, I think we will probably be well up for it and say 4 points from those two games, good, sweet, awesome. But the missed oppurutnites and points against Swansea, Norwich, Stoke, etc it has just been going on for like 3 years now! New team, old team, new managers, etc same problem!

<yikes> I'm with you on all of that. But more importantly I was showing you the true spellings of 'favourite' and 'colour'. <ok> Yet my mac disagrees with me. <grr>

Haha Android does the same at times and it pisses me off!!! Sorry I vented again, but now it seems that there is a split again with those who want to see better and are voicing it with those who are still on the positive and saying it takes time. I understand it takes time but we keep waiting, we will be out of CL......again! Man do I miss CL!

Joke for your sig by the way..... How do you know Kentucky invented tooth paste?

In all honesty I don't share your enthusiasm for the Chelsea and City games, we could get 0, 1, 2 or 3 points which will make the PL table look a bit bleak and Fulham away probably wont be the same result as last season either. I wish I could share Luv's positivity, we are in a better position than last season but so are Spurs and City. Also Chelsea and Utd will probably guarantee themselves a top 4 spot because they always do and Arsenal are hitting form. Top 4 is going to be even harder to get than it has ever been and in some form I have prepared myself not to expect too much at the end of the season. As I stated in another post, 5th or 6th is a likely possibility. It wouldn't surprise me if 5th place this season will probably finish on a points total that would normally acquire a CL berth.

Anywho...I don't know...How do you know Kentucky invented tooth paste?

Hey, I stated 5-6 as well with a Cup, but the reason I share optimism for these guys are we are known to do that. Chelsea last year, United home last year, City home last year, against the big teams we raise it. I guess it is more I wouldn't be shocked or am not as nervous when we play any of the top 6, but get nervous and can just see it coming when we play wigan, wolves, swansea, norwich, etc. You say Arsenal are hitting form, but I think Tottenham are the main culprits to watch.

Toothbrush joke.... because anywhere else it would be teethpaste.... thank you, I am here all night!

it may just me being sarky but seeing i've been told to stop listening to morrisy etc i feel like contradicting the lot of you even though you are only saying the stuff i've said all year.

    1. it aint that bad.

    2. there's a lot of room to improve.

    3. we were not in europe os the guys who trot out the big names like mata... we hadn't got a hope so we ogt who we could and improved the squad. Its a good team but lacks real class and I knew that when i predicted 5th. I stand by my prediction now.

    4. we don't know we're born really. I always say i have high standards and expectations when i review that we do but realistically we are doing a bit better and kenny is calling the players on not putting in the effort. at least he acknowldeges they are not working hard enough!

    1. Agree to some extent. Its only 11 games into the season there are plenty more games to go, get on a good run and things will look alot better.

2.Agree. Well there has to be, some of the players just havent cut it yet and the team as a whole arent doing what they are able to do.

    3. Agree all the way. Fact is Mata, Augero etc wanted Champions league football. Even if we had matched or beated the eventual winning bids there was almost no chance they would have moved to us without CL.

4.Agree and Disagree. Expectations are high because we have spent alot of money and rightly so. We couldnt do much worse than when woy was in charge, so 'A bit better' still isnt good enough and its the same problem as before, not turning in the performances against the smaller clubs. Yes its players that arent performing and yes Kenny sees that, but really its the players who need to own up and say that they have been poor on too many occasions. Some of them need to get a huge kick up the arse

That will take you all to the man citeh group, where you bitching, glory hunting **** faced twatflapped mudda****ing moanbags will feel right at home.

We are playing infinitely better than we did under Woy, but because we are not top of the league and because not every new signing is firing on all cylinders, you bunch of shirt lifting, arse munching, donkey knob sucking, part time, plastic glory hunters all think you are better than Kenny, so kindly **** the **** off and go support a team that quenches your thirst for instant and comprehensive success, and take your boyfriends with you!

Oh, here we go. It's one of the 'You're not a true fan if you find fault' brigade!

Are you seriously thinking that after the match on Saturday there wasn't a single hard-faced Liverpool fan in the pub having a good old bitch about why we didn't put away our chances? And if you're not pissed off about citeh running away with it and Newcastle being up there then you're a ****in' liar!

FYI we wouldn't be caught dead supporting ****e like citeh. But because you haven't got an opinion, or if you have you don't know how to express it, you decide to have a go at those who are merely expressing theirs, to which they're entitled.

TOO ****IN' BAD IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT!

find fault by all means, call it like it is... and there's not really a problem with a little vneting.

but honestly i think some guys will always see us by birthright as the best team inthe land and don't seem to get we are barely top 6 right now and have no right to it at all bar what efforts we put into it.

SO yes we spent a lot and yes our guys selected those players but i feel they are the best we could get, this year and will be a apart of our squad as we improve... unlike the trash we got rid of. We must improve again but it was never going to be a 6 month or one year deal... god it too city 3 years.

True, it did; and no it won't happen in six months.

I think many saw last season as a waste of time, another bloody season gone without as much as a cup of tea, and then united adding insult to injury by getting 19. I certainly thought the whole season was a farce, except the bit at the end. Hodgson FFS! <doh><doh><doh> So we're kind of having to pick ourselves up and start all over again.

No more ifs and buts from me, anyway, the more I try to work it all out the more dizzy and confused I get!:emoticon-0138-think

Still, if other people want to have a moan, we live in a democracy. Let them have their say. By all means tell them they're wrong. But don't say they're not real fans.

I'm bloody sick of all this negativity. If we had scored every time we hit the woodwork we'd be at least 7 points better off and you'd still be moaning!

You throw around names of players that we could/should buy like confetti. You haven't watched them week in and week out and have no real idea if they would even fit into KK's plans. We may not be willing to pay the price and they may not come because we have no CL football - today. But if the ****ing Euro goes pop over the next few weeks then the lot of them will be sending their agents to clubs like Liverpool to beg to be signed.

Rant Over going out for a few scoops!
