4000 is fantastic!! A great way to promote the youth and see the stars of tomorrow, and a fantastic way to pay the wages of some of those youngsters!! 4000 paying £4 is £16000, and as most of those youngsters won't be on big contracts due to their ages and lack of first team experience, hopefully that will write off a significant chunk of their wages - making the youth set-up slightly more self-sufficient. Under 21 sounds much more appealing that Reserves, and it's great to give these guys the experience of playing in front of something of a crowd. Admittedly the Stadium won't look full, but who knows!? If they do well, and it gets promoted well enough, they could attract bigger crowds still.
