Yeah Hulk is a good player but he shouldn't cost more than Cristiano Ronaldo. 100 million euros is a crazy asking price.

Depends on the price of course but this player is class and got the physical attributes to be a success in the P.L. Reminds me a bit of Bale but with a better goals return.

Marin and Hulk for you would be class, and podolski (if rvp stays) is great for the goons.

I'll let the club worry about the finances but if we get Hulk and Marin, they will both be brilliant additions to the squad.

If this is true (including the price) it would suggest that Chelsea have decided to just ignore the FFP regulations. No way could €100m Euros be justified on the income you have at the moment. Especially if you don't win on Saturday.

100% agreed. However can't see you guys making the same mistakes again and suspect if Adebayor doesn't stay you will be looking to spend big on at least one attacking player. Rumours were around re:Hazard but can't see you paying the sort of wages Man City will. However Lorente (sic?) would be a great signing for you and would probably be under 30 million.

I would be shocked if we spent anywhere near that on one player cl or not. Its probably more then our whole transfer budget

Release clauses only mean that's what we'd have to pay if Porto wouldn't do business. Ultimately though they are a selling club and will take a lot less if the player wants to leave.

there is NO WAY on earth he will be bought for 80mil, that's ridiculous money and I doubt Abramovich would even consider it. He's bought De Bryune & Marin, I just can't see it!
