Thank you Beth, not something you want to bang on about on a bloody football forum but 9's expecting sympathy for having had a holiday is ridiculous.
Rhino that is why if a complaint is to be made it is done via PM and not in the open on a thread. It does seem that at times we are "damned if we do and damned if we don't" but we do a lot of work behind the scenes that posters are not aware off in order to keep this forum running as smoothly as possible, we don't want or need conflict but at the end of the day a lot is down to posters self moderation. Wishing you well and a full recovery, hopefully a win tonight would be a timely boost.
One of the problems Rhino is that we're damned if we do and damned if we don't. When we do act on something or somebody we get accused of over modding and being over officious. When we don't appear to do anything we get accused of sitting on our hands etc. I wasn't about for this particular episode but I have in the past asked aqua to refrain from posting in the manner that he has. Beth and Tramore have also done the same. Hopefully the matter has now been dealt with sufficiently. When aqua returns our forum will be hopefully more harmonious. Thanks for your comments, I'll take them on board and will try to act on them in a different manner in future. I'm sorry about the holiday/sunbed comment, I truly didn't know about your condition. I hope you make a complete recovery from it soon.
I do understand Tramore, however when respected posters can predict the conduct of another with complete accuracy, is there just a chance? something was missed here..... I really don't want to call for another poster to be banned, and haven't done this. I just asked him to leave the thread so the contributors could have the discussion intended. It seems that self policing wasn't welcome, but I can't see why really. Rather than cause you guys a problem I tried not to. Some thanks I got from 9's. Thank you for your comments and by all accounts I have been very, very, lucky unlike our beloved club. Once the scars have healed I should be free to live a normal life albeit one out of direct sunlight most of the time. I now live in the dark reading QPR press releases & tweets. I am a mushroom.
