Judging by your phrasing, this might become the tedious agreement thread... But Gerrard. I know it's the ultimate tedious argument when the "world class" tag comes out, but I'd say Gerrard was world class. I define this as having the capability of getting into a squad composed of the best players on Earth (obviously the squad would have regular representation from all positions, I'm not one of these freaks who'd have 9 strikers and no defensive midfield players...), and I think Gerrard would have made it during the peak of his career, which he is currently now subsiding from. His range of pass, his bursting box-to-box nature, his leadership qualities, nearly every category he'd be considered one of the greatest of his generation. Lampard was a fine player as well, but he'd have continually found himself on the fringes of the world class squad, rarely in it. His positioning, his finishing and his composure are often lauded, but he had a great dynamism and ability to spot a pass as well. I think we were genuinely fortunate to have been blessed with both these great talents from our shores... Sadly, we never found the system to accommodate them both.
Whats better, watching paint dry or cricket? Rethought it and its still loads better than yours Why cant they play together
Yes but you have the face of a babboons arse and the wit of a chuckle brother. Therefore your opinion is meaningless.
You have Moyes as a manager, live somewhere sweaty, have a stupid Hitler tache and have eat custard as a mate. Your life is **** and very meaningless And I love men. Especially bald hairy ones called gerrez therefore I win.
This is all very tedious and not a patch on my F1 thread Sweats it displays clearly that you edited my post nobrot Billy, cricket is good if you're 90 years old and looking to wind down a little
