Not sure what you're expecting the captain to do - to single handedly drive the team? For me, Sakho has looked after those around him bar Skrtel (Skrtel is simply a lost cause). Prior to the last game, Migs looked more comfortable with Sakho ahead of him than Lovren. He's constantly talking to the left back, keeper, midfielders, his partner. Watch against Bordeaux how he helped Gomez massively. But I suppose the team is lacking leaders all around - Sakho is the best of a bad bunch.
