yes it is boring at the mo so why not start early

In the hope of starting a meaningful debate here is my team

Cesar
Luke Young, Dunne, Hill Traore
SWP, Jenas, Diakite, SWP again
Ephraim
Zamora

Can anyone improve on this?

This is what I would like to see......

Green

Simpson Onuoha Hill BAE

Barton Faurlin

Hoillett Carroll Krancjar

Austin

That team would still finish in the play off positions. We are blessed with an abundance of riches.

I dont think he will change too much to fast.

I think the team sheet will look a lot different by the start of next month mind and I expect to see SWP dropped for Matty Phillips once he is up to match sharpness. (Shame we are out of the League Cup really)

Green
Simpson Onouha Dunne ABE
Barton Henry
SWP Krancjar Hoilett
Austin

Bench: Cesar, Hill, Faurlin, Carrol, AJ, Matty Phillips, Jenas/O'neil

think I agree for this game given Dunne has been busy and Hill has had a rest

Green
Simpson Onuoha Hill BAE
Barton Faurlin
Hoillett Carroll Krancjar
Austin

even though i've never seen BAE Carrol Krancjar play
(i've never seen SWP "play" either)

Think that will be it, really really cannot see Harry dropping Hill at this point....regardless of Dunne being better than Clint....team spirit etc...

Exciting times

-----------------Green-----------
Simpson---Onouha----Hill----BAE
Barton---Carroll---Faurlin---Hoillett
--------------AJ----Austin---------------------

But if Phillips and Kranjcar are able to start:
-----------------Green-----------
Simpson---Onouha----Hill----BAE
-----------Barton----Carroll------
Phillips---------Kranjcar-----------Hoilett
------------------Austin-------------------

You're all assuming that Harry will move to a 4-2-3-1. Despite having players that might be more suited to this formation,I'm not so sure Harry will change from his trusted 4-4-2 system. I think that our additional quality players will only provide cover for our hectic fixture schedule, injuries, suspensions and loss of form.
Don't hold your breath. I think we'll bludgeon our way out of this league.

I'm very shallow and like bright glittery new things. So I want to see all the new players, Cesar because he's like a new player and plays for shiny Brazil, and a brand new, whacky formation. I do not want to see bloody Luke Young (nice one Tramore, you've got the hang of it).

Green

Simpson Onouha Hill Bae

O'niel Barton Kranjcar Hoillet

AJ Austin

Matty Phillips + Carroll will get run outs in the second half.
Carroll hasn't had time to mesh with the side yet, wheras Kranjcar has been with the squad all international break.

You're probably right Nutso, but even with 442 we should still have a bit a flair, from the side PD has suggested above I could see Barton moving central and Faulin dropping to the bench to allow Krancjar wide right. It is still a formidable line up by Championship standards and it would be really nice to see a side get a tonking by us.....no reason why it can't be on Saturday....Really looking forward to it......

That is one heck of a good team. Almost good enough to hold it's own in the Prem.

I think Harry will start with this............

---------------------------------GREEN--------------------

-SIMPSON---------ONOUHA--------HILL----------BAE

-----------------------BARTON--------HENRY................

------- HOILETT----------------------------------KRANJCAR---

-----------------JOHNSON---------------AUSTIN-------------------

PS
Think we now have more than enough to WIN this league. Think Harry will add a little more in the loan market for good measure

Much as I like the bloke it's hard to believe Faurlin will get a look in given his dismal league cup performance and the fact that we have two additional quality midfielders.

Basically we all think we are going to walk this leagure now as we have a team to both grind out results and a team to open teams up.
Most of us then think we already have a decent premiership team
