    I'm not sure the two are mutually exclusive.
    For instance, the likes of Shola, who are passionate about the team but lets face it, not going to get us anywhere in the Prem many would agree should go. Whereas the likes of Nolan who are passionate yet can still perform at this level should stay.
    There has to be a balance in my opinion.
