I've never had any belief it was happening. Until people are holding a scarf by the hallowed turf then I don't believe it. I'd say the chances have gone from about 20% at it's peak down to maybe 1% now.
Well my opinion is simple. We have a seller looking for far too much money and the one buyer with the wedge to pay wasn't allowed to buy thanks to the PL's main clubs. There's no resolution to see here. Stuck in purgatory for the foreseeable. Until Ashley reduces the price.

See we bid for some Ecuadorian (bid refused, he's off to Brighton). Once again it's hard to see how we have money to spend if there's a takeover looming. There's simply no greater indicator of takeover not being real than the sale or acquisition of assets.
Surely the opposite is true if we are spending money then there is a takeover as Bruce has already said we are haemorrhaging money as a club.
