This is all no different than he has been since the start. I bet Warnock - who is canny as XXXX has been winding the lad up to mouth off in order to give warnock more clout with transfers. All business. Calm down everyone and carry on n all that. U R's

He is obviously too big for us, let 'The Camel Jockey go!!!' onto bigger things.
Sir Neil got the best out of him, but alas he is only worthy of the Championship. Quality players don't let Savage keep you in their pocket.
He is what he is, his poor mentality stops him from being 'Top Drawyer.'
Taarabt is delusional, he thinks he is better than what he is.
Thanks for helping us get into the Prem, but no other team will put up with your spoilt child antics.

I voted sell. We are not a 1 man team. We shouldn't pander to the needs of 1. He clearly wants a move..then let him.
Mind you......if he can knock in 10 or 12 goals before January 2012...his stock will go up, so defo sell him then.

If he scores 10 or 12 goals before January, why would you want to sell him?

I don't care if he goes missing for long periods each match, what he offers when he is there is far more significant. He can give us what no other side outside the elite has, someone who will conjure up a piece of magic giving us a chance to win. we need to give him the freedom to find some space and leave him to it.

Just write down the team sheet without him. Where do the goals come from?

Don't see him performing well in PL in general, no team spirit and team passion at all. Hope I am wrong.

Interesting comment from Martin Samuel at the Daily Mail who compares Taarabt to Matt Le Tissier. He basically writes that Southampton built their sides around Le Tiss giving him a platform to perform and basically states that NW did the same thing last year for Adel. Would another manager do that for our flawed genius?

I vote stay. We need his flashes of genius. In a tight league we need all the creativity possible. We haven't kicked a ball yet and we're already in a relegation dogfight I reckon. He will be difference in a drab draw or a stunning 0-1 away win at Wigan etc etc.

I think you should keep Taarabt - as much as he can throw his toys out of his pram - he is a good player and you might find he picks you up 10 pts himself and this could he could be the difference that keeps you up? :)[/QUOTE]

I have to say i agree with this Aresenal fan, in the same way Adels contribution mean't we won the championship, I think the extra points Adel will mean to our team might make all the difference, and in the Prem for teams like QPR every goal and every point matters, remember blues were minutes away from going down on goals scored - not even goal difference.

If he has said what he's been reported to have said - then he is an arrogant twat but we already new this when we signed him.

He has been linked with Man Utd and has apparently decided Arsenal and Chelski want him too. Still reckon he will stay at QPR at least until January and then move on to Liverpool. No reason other than gut reaction and the fact that Chelski don't need him, Utd have better players already, wouldn't fit in at Arsenal and Man City would prefer to sign bigger names. That leaves Liverpool as he's already been dumped by Spurs. Possible target for Real Madrid but only slim chance and Barca wouldn't need him. If not an English club then best bet would be either of the Milan clubs or Juventus. I hope he can prove his worth and re-pay the faith the club, manager and supporters have shown him. If he shines then expect a bit of poaching to be done in January.

"I voted sell. 4-4-2 with no spoiled brats or ego's"(SwordsHoopster).............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
4-4-2 = last season's players without Adel = STRAIGHT BACK DOWN!!
We aren't buying any players, so we def need him for next season to have any chance of staying up.

Yes, I agree he is one of the major contributing factors in our promotion last season. But that was the Championship, & playing in a winning team. Do I think we will score more goals without him? No I don't. However, I don't see him as player who will scrap week in, week out in a struggling team. And lets face it, unless things change drastically over the next couple of weeks, that's what we'll be.

The whole point of our formation is so that he doesn't have to scrap. As you say, last season was Championship, this season is Premier League, but let's not assume that all of the teams in the Premier League are as good as Man U. Blackburn didn't exactly take apart the hodgepotch team we sent up there. Obviously we won't win as many games this season, but we are not relegated yet! As I've said before in this forum, he is the player I am looking forward to see as I'm walking from to the ground from Shepherd's Bush station. Even if we lose the first 10 matches I will still be looking forward to seeing him play.

I believe he will stay, probably only til January.

However, theres too much emphasis on whether Adel stays or leaves - we need more quality than a player who is a genius one game, then disappears for the next two.

As a Tottenham fan who appreciates his ability but laughs at his ego my view is that he will be man marked and be less effective (which will piss him off) and so you need to find another creative outlet

I would pay no attention to his delusions of top clubs wanting to buy him and sell only if an obscene offer came in

He is really a split personality figure for us. For those of us who have seen the mercurial talent! Then yes, he is brilliant. But alas we have seen the other side to him, Petulence, frustration anger. I personally feel that Sir Neil of Warnock got the best of him in the championship. And that was still hit & miss. Would he start regular for Barca, R Madrid, Inter or Ac, no. Would Sir Alex have picked him up earlier if he rated him..he didn't. End of. A good Championship player, no more.

Adel is class and is without a doubt the most talented player we've had for 15 years. He needs to prove himself in the Premier League. I think if he pulls one strop on the pitch he'll lose a lot of respect and the media will come down on him hard now we are in the Prem. If he wants a move to a big club fine but I pray he goes about it the right way and puts his head down and just plays football. He could be the difference in us staying up or not so I certainly hope we keep him.
